Terms
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Noodle: the Noodle apps, Noodle Mobile and this website. Noodle is made by the Noodle project.
Free and open source
Noodle is free. Its source code is publicly available under the Apache 2.0 licence: https://github.com/pdparchitect/noodle/blob/main/LICENSE. The licence governs how you may use, copy, change and share the code. These terms do not limit your rights under it.
Your accounts and services
Noodle works with accounts you already have, such as AI providers and Google. You are responsible for those accounts. Each service's own terms apply to how you use it, and you must follow them.
If you lend a subscription to other people through Noodle Hub, they use your account. Check that the provider allows this first.
Your agents
Agents act on your instructions, with the access you give them. You decide what each agent can reach. Within that access, agents use their tools without asking you each time. You are responsible for what your agents do with your accounts, files and messages.
AI can make mistakes. Check important work before you rely on it or send it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Noodle to break the law, harm other people, or get around the limits of a service you connect.
Warranty and liability
Noodle is provided under the Apache 2.0 licence. Its sections 7 (Disclaimer of Warranty) and 8 (Limitation of Liability) apply to your use of Noodle.
Privacy
How Noodle handles data, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy: https://usenoodle.app/privacy/
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
